I canceled my plan and asked for a refund, kind of expecting the usual hassle. But it was handled quickly and without any back-and-forth, which is really how it should be. I appreciated them just sorting it out without making it complicated.

I really wanted to like Boomerang for Gmail, but it’s been hit or miss for me. Some days scheduled emails go out just fine, and other times the button randomly disappears or Gmail starts feeling slower than usual. Setting it up wasn’t hard, but using it every day had me thinking, why is this so complicated? It’s not awful, but it just didn’t feel reliable enough for something I’d depend on regularly.

It was easy to use overall, but there were a few clunky parts that made me go, really?! Not a dealbreaker, just a bit awkward at times...

I had a problem with my account and something told me to reach out to support instead of stressing over it. Glad I did, they got back to me really quickly and had it fixed the same day with no hassle. it was a smooth experience.

Nothing impossible, but for something like this, I feel like the install process should be straightforward. Once it’s set up, it does the job...

I use Boomerang mostly from my phone, and it’s been solid. The pages load quickly, everything fits well enough on the screen, and I’m not constantly pinching and zooming just to get stuff done. I did have to reach out to support once when a recurring email didn’t send properly. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the issue more than once.
Overall, it’s a useful tool and I still use it, but since it’s tied to email, I’d really expect support to be a bit faster. Not bad, just not perfect.

I’ve been using the inbox pause feature and, to be fair, it works well. It’s not like it magically fixes all email distractions, but it does help me step away and not keep checking my inbox every few minutes. For what it’s meant to do, I think it’s been genuinely useful.

I tried using it in Firefox and it just acted weird. Some buttons were really slow and a few times they didn’t show up at all. Frustrating honestly

I’ve been using Boomerang’s AI writing help for my emails, it’s been more useful than I expected. It cleans up what I’m trying to say without making it sound like someone else wrote it, which I appreciate. I still end up tweaking a few lines here and there, so it’s not like it’s doing all the work perfectly, but it definitely saves me time. If anything, it’s almost making me a little too dependent on it.
