"Canceling was straightforward"
I canceled my plan and asked for a refund, kind of expecting the usual hassle. But it was handled quickly and without any back-and-forth, which is really how it should be. I appreciated them just sorting it out without making it complicated.

"I really wanted to like Boomerang for Gmail..."
I really wanted to like Boomerang for Gmail, but it’s been hit or miss for me. Some days scheduled emails go out just fine, and other times the button randomly disappears or Gmail starts feeling slower than usual. Setting it up wasn’t hard, but using it every day had me thinking, why is this so complicated? It’s not awful, but it just didn’t feel reliable enough for something I’d depend on regularly.

"Pretty easy, but a little clunky?!"
It was easy to use overall, but there were a few clunky parts that made me go, really?! Not a dealbreaker, just a bit awkward at times...

"Glad I Trusted My Gut"
I had a problem with my account and something told me to reach out to support instead of stressing over it. Glad I did, they got back to me really quickly and had it fixed the same day with no hassle. it was a smooth experience.

"Way better than relying on memory"
I’m usually bad about remembering to follow up, and most reminder tools I’ve tried feel easy to ignore. This one actually helps me catch replies before they slip through the cracks. Super handy.

"I’ll be honest, handing any app access..."
I’ll be honest, handing any app access to my email feels like opening the front door and hoping nothing weird walks in. But I’ve been using Boomerang for a while now, and it’s actually been surprisingly reassuring. Their privacy and permission settings are clear enough that I didn’t feel like I needed a legal degree to understand them, and nothing about it has felt shady. No random spam, no strange surprises, no little “what have I done?” moments. At this point, I feel comfortable using it for my work emails too, which is saying something

"Works fine, but setup could be clearer"
I got it installed in the end, and it’s working now, so no major complaints there. The setup just took longer than I figured it would. A couple of the steps weren’t explained very clearly, so I had to go back and double-check what I was doing. Nothing impossible, but for something like this, I feel like the install process should be straightforward. Once it’s set up, it does the job...

"Works well on my phone"
I use Boomerang mostly from my phone, and it’s been solid. The pages load quickly, everything fits well enough on the screen, and I’m not constantly pinching and zooming just to get stuff done. Scheduling emails is simple too, and I haven’t run into any weird bugs so far. I’m always a little wary of having to deal with customer service for any app, so I’m glad I haven’t needed to contact them. Overall, it just works when I need it to.

"Pretty solid uptime tbh"
My site’s been up pretty much every time I’ve needed it, which is kinda all I ask for lol. No drama, no weird fuss, just works

"Free plan has limits, but it does the job"
I’m using the free plan, so of course there are some limits and I wouldn’t rely on it for everything. But for basic stuff like scheduling a few emails or setting reminders, it’s been totally fine.
I like that it’s simple and doesn’t make things more complicated than they need to be. Some extra features feel unnecessary for what I use it for, and since it’s free, I really don’t have much to complain about.

"I’ve been using boomerang.com mostly for reminders..."
I’ve been using boomerang.com mostly for reminders and follow-ups, and the main thing I’ve noticed is that the notifications just… work. They show up when they’re supposed to, which sounds like such a low bar, but I’ve used other tools where reminders come late or disappear into the void or whatever. So far this has been really steady for me. I’ll set something to come back later, forget about it completely, and then the reminder pops up right when I need it. Super simple, does the job, and I don’t really have any complaints.

"I mostly use Boomerang to schedule emails to..."
I mostly use Boomerang to schedule emails to send later, it does the job most of the time. But I had a couple of messages go out later than the time I picked, which threw me off a bit. My gut feeling is that it’s useful, but not quite reliable enough for anything super time-sensitive. Not a bad tool at all, I just wish the scheduling felt a little more dependable.

"Billing was a little confusing..."
The subscription was okay overall, but the billing part felt a bit confusing... it seemed a little pricey for what I got.

"Works well with Outlook 🙂"
I’ve been using it with Outlook and overall it’s been smooth! There were a couple of minor sync delays here and there, but nothing too frustrating.

"Read receipts have been really accurate for me"
I’ve been using Boomerang mainly for the read receipts, they’ve been really reliable for me. I’m particular about tools like this because if I’m going to depend on an email tracker, it needs to be accurate, not just sort of useful. When Boomerang says someone opened my email, it usually matches up with when they reply or bring it up later, so I’ve come to trust it. It’s not the flashiest tool, but it keeps things simple and does exactly what I need.

"Really clean and easy to navigate"
I liked using this site. It’s simple without feeling cluttered, and I was able to find what I needed quickly. The buttons are easy to understand, and everything ran smoothly on my laptop. Overall, it feels well put together and user-friendly.

"Recurring emails work, support could be quicker"
well... I mostly use Boomerang for recurring emails and reminders, and for the most part it does what I need. Setting things up is straightforward, which I appreciate.

I did have to reach out to support once when a recurring email didn’t send properly. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the issue more than once.
Overall, it’s a useful tool and I still use it, but since it’s tied to email, I’d really expect support to be a bit faster. Not bad, just not perfect.

"I’ve been using the inbox pause feature and..."
I’ve been using the inbox pause feature and, to be fair, it works well. It’s not like it magically fixes all email distractions, but it does help me step away and not keep checking my inbox every few minutes. For what it’s meant to do, I think it’s been genuinely useful.

"Not working right for me in Firefox"
I tried using it in Firefox and it just acted weird. Some buttons were really slow and a few times they didn’t show up at all. Frustrating honestly

"Pretty handy for email writing"
I’ve been using Boomerang’s AI writing help for my emails, it’s been more useful than I expected. It cleans up what I’m trying to say without making it sound like someone else wrote it, which I appreciate. I still end up tweaking a few lines here and there, so it’s not like it’s doing all the work perfectly, but it definitely saves me time. If anything, it’s almost making me a little too dependent on it.
